  Describing myself is harder than describing others because there are some areas in my life that I am not  certain of such as my characteristics, personalities, and attitude. My name is Julius Jake Salaño Añales, 19 years old and a resident of Brgy. Quilao, Tolosa, Leyte. I am the fifth child in the family of six. I was born on July 29, 2003. I am a happy, energetic person who enjoys spending time with others, particularly with my friends. I am always available to them in every "gimik or gala," that sometimes I forget to prioritize what needs to be prioritized, such as schoolwork and household chores. MY COLLEGE LIFE AT VISAYAS STATE UNIVERSITY TOLOSA

  Visayas State University Tolosa College life is known as one of the most memorable years of a student's life. It is entirely different from high school. College exposes us to new experiences and things that we were not familiar with before. Studying in one of the most prestigious universities in the Philippines is a previlege that I am proud of. I was overjoyed that I was able to pass the university's admission test and study there. Knowing that thousands of students applied makes prouder of myself. I am honored to be part of a globally competitive university of Visayas State University Tolosa.  If I would to describe my journey so far as a college student, they would be challenging and fun. Challenging. To be honest, it was difficult to adjust during my first few weeks as a college student. ON BECOMING A TEACHER

B eing a teacher entails a significant role and responsibility. Teaching children requires courage, passion, and bravery. An excellent teacher goes above and beyond and makes numerous sacrifices. Teachers should be able to encourage and inspire their students to believe that they can achieve their goals in life. When I was in elementary school, whenever someone asked me, "What is your life ambition?" I would always say, "I want to be a teacher."  Becoming a teacher was my first ambition ever since. This is also what my family wishes for me. But as I grew older, I began to wonder if this is really what I wanted. After I graduated in senior high school, I was doubting myself if I will still continue pursuing education course in college. I was also under pressure to decide what course to take because, honestly, I didn't know what I wanted during that time.
